Growing up, some of my favorite memories were baking in the kitchen alongside my mother and grandmother. My grandmother made the most incredible cheesecakes, and I was fortunate enough to learn her recipe and carry on that tradition.

After my grandmother passed away, I began baking her cheesecakes as a form of therapy and sharing them with family and friends. What started as healing through baking soon became something much bigger than I ever imagined.

We began renting kitchen space and taking cheesecake orders as they came in. In 2016, we expanded by partnering with local restaurants to feature our cheesecakes on their dessert menus. Today, we proudly serve 5+ restaurants throughout the Cleveland area.

As word spread, our small business continued to grow through community support, private events, weddings, graduations, and fundraising opportunities. In the summer of 2022, we found the perfect location in Strongsville, Ohio, where we officially opened our storefront and began sharing our handcrafted cheesecakes with the community we love.

What began with family, love, and cherished recipes has now grown into an award-winning cheesecake bakery built from the heart.
