About Me
Growing up one of my favorite things to do was bake in the kitchen with my grandmother and my mother. My grandmother made the most delicious cheesecake and I was fortunate enough to learn her recipe. Shortly after my grandmother passed away I started baking her cheesecakes as therapy and sharing them with friends and family. Little did I know that my therapy baking would become this amazing opportunity to share my cheesecakes with everyone not just family and friends. We rented a kitchen and started baking cheesecakes as orders would came in. In 2016, we branched out and starting working with local restaurants to carry our cheesecakes on their menus and to this day we currently serve 5+ restaurants in the Cleveland area. Our orders continued to come in as word of mouth had spread, we started picking up private events, weddings, graduations and fundraising events. In the summer of 2022 we found a perfect location in Strongsville, OH to open our doors and share our cheesecakes with everyone.

FAQ’s
Assorted Mini Cheesecakes
Assorted mini cheesecakes will be selected from the mini cheesecakes that are currently in the store. Please note we carry 12-15 flavors a day in the mini cheesecakes. All mini cheesecakes are displayed & boxed on mini plastic square plates.
Cheesecake Cups
Cheesecake cups are 5oz cheesecakes baked in a aluminum cup and comes with a lid. The cheesecake cups are perfect for grab-n-go & will fit perfectly in any lunch box. The cheesecake cups also make great thank you gifts, wedding favors and corporate gifts. For an additional charge a round 2” label can be created for the top of your cheesecake cup, listing flavor and event information. The cups can be ordered with a Gluten Free crust, a regular crust, or no crust at all.
Do you provide Gluten Free or Sugar Free?
Yes, we offer GF options in our store daily in the cheesecake cups in an assortment of flavors. You may also order in advance GF and Sugar Free Cheesecakes with a 24-hour advance notice. Please note we all items are baked Gluten Free upon request; however, they are made in a kitchen that does contain gluten.
Can I order a custom cheesecake?
Custom cheesecakes can be ordered in advance, please note a 24-hour advance window is needed for all custom cheesecakes.
How many servings are in a cheesecake?
Our 6” cheesecake serves 4-6 people and our 9” cheesecake is designed to serve 10 people however can serve 10-12+.
Can I place an order for in store pick-up?
Yes, we offer in store pick up at our Strongsville, OH location, or you may call the store to place your order 440-879-1200. Depending on the size and toppings request same day can take 15 minutes up to 2 hours.
Our Strongsville location is 14300 Pearl Rd. Strongsville, OH 44136. Our store hours are Tuesday through Friday 11:00am-6:00pm and Saturday 10:00-3:00pm and closed on Sunday and Monday.
Shipping and refunds
We currently do not ship but are looking into shipping options for the near future.
We do not offer refunds for our cheesecakes, however if you are unhappy with your purchase please reach out to us 440-879-1200 or by email info@messyaprons.com and we will do our best to make the situation right.
